I’m at the stage in my life where a less stressful approach to healthy weight loss is welcome… you may be at that stage too. I could also stand a bit of peace that APY60 will bring. Raw Food Expert David Wolfe explains things from his point of view in video 3 of the Simply Raw series. If you’ve been following the amazing Simply Raw Video Series you probably know by now that we need to make some serious changes in how we approach health… it’s a matter much broader than weight loss.
 
But I want you to understand that the video series encompasses weight loss too. With readership down somewhat at Fit Fat Loss since the Simply Raw Video series came to light (which is understandable – you were attracted here specifically because of the healthy weight loss discussions and the proven fat loss programs that are offered here), realize that what was here when you first visited, is still here… plus some.
