The Future of Fit Fat Loss

Fit Fat Loss has been up for 2 years now, and the Fit Fat Loss Event site, almost 2 years. Within a week, we will be moving away from Healthy Weight Loss as brought to you by the Fit Fat Loss site and onto Self-Improvement and Self-Development… even more than before at another of our sites, The Ongoing Mind. Healthy Weight Loss will still be addressed at Fit Fat Loss Eventthat’s the future of Fit Fat Loss!

Weight Loss is, after all, a very specific self-improvement, and Jon Benson’s M-power will still be featured as a whole-body solution… an over-all improvement to the self, not limiting to a single area of weight loss. His other programs are already at the ‘Event’ site…

We feel we have presented some good information in our posts, so some of the most appealing, informative, and effective posts will be taken over to Fit Fat Loss Event. But whether there will be an actual weight loss event for 2012 is still undecided.

The principles of “Stay Fit While Losing That Fat”, directing you towards a Healthy Weight Loss will always remain. There are many damaging weight loss plans… too many, and we stand by the ones we have promoted at Fit Fat Loss for these 2 years. I lost plenty of pounds using the system that matched my lifestyle… Jon Benson’s Every Other Day Diet (EODD), using his 7-Minute Muscle program along with it. And I too experienced a rebound of weight gain for a spell, but am pushing another 15-pound weight loss currently.

We were introduced to Holly Rigsby by Jon, and with his recommendation, added Holly’s specialized Fit Yummy Mummy programs for the women visitors to Fit Fat Loss. It was a welcomed addition.

If you have been purchasing your vitamins from Fit Fat Loss using ProHealth or Puritan’s Pride, they have always been at the sister site, Fit Fat Loss Event, and will remain there. We would appreciate your continued patronage as our efforts refocus at that site and The Ongoing Mind.

Because of that, I let our visitors down on the primary objective of a weight loss, and interest at Fit Fat Loss fell. But the ‘healthy’ aspect certainly came through!

Yet, my family has greatly benefited from the alternatives and therefore, Fit Fat Loss was a success in our eyes… time well spent.

We all hope… and me in particular… that enough of our visitors have benefited from what Fit Fat Loss has presented to you across those 2 years. Welcome. Fit Fat Loss has been around for a year now, so there is plenty of information about healthy weight loss, fat loss, or if you prefer… dieting.

But plenty of information presents a real problem. It can be too much.

For the Men (mostly) – Jon Benson with “Fit Over 40“, “7-Minute Muscle“, “Every Other Day Diet“, and others… he’s very popular and has numerous publications, a newsletter, and the ‘premium’ M-power program. Offers plenty of free advice. His Diet programs are for everyone, as is M-power, but the individual fitness programs are strenuous.

For the WomenHolly Rigsby, the “Fit Yummy Mummy”, professional colleague of Jon’s, but with a program strictly for women. Also very popular here, with abundant free advice, has the premium “FYM Transformation Kit”. Plenty of videos available!

Motivation and Action Key to Weight Loss

The people who live on their own terms share a secret.

That secret is ACTION – it’s their own ability to get themselves to DO something that guarantees success.

Losing weight is a great example. It is not hard to figure out what to do, the problem is getting yourself to DO what needs to be done. In order to lose weight, you have to take ACTION.

If you could get yourself to eat only nutritious foods while exercising every day, is there any doubt that you would eventually lose weight?

Of course, Fit Fat Loss recognizes all of that, which is why the healthy weight loss and fat loss programs we offer address motivation and action…

Fit Fat Loss Postings

The summer was challenging.

It was too hot to exercise in any proper way outdoors (except to swim… which I don’t), but cooler weather has returned, so some of my personal activity has resumed. I hope you didn’t suffer the same fate and were able to make it fit fat loss summer! If not, are you ready to resume too?

I hope my delay in revising the site didn’t interfere in your choices of a good, healthy weight loss program. Fit Fat Loss will be staying with the programs we have already selected, and if I can get my act together, some site improvements will be noticeable later.

We have had some more weight-conscious individuals join, although I have not made any emailings lately, so they are probably wondering why there’s been nothing in their mailboxes from us. I’ll try to make it up to them with some helpful information soon.

As your motivator, I hate to admit it, but I actually gained back some weight over the summer because of my resulting inactivity when I failed to reduce my caloric intake. So, yes, it can happen. As we all know too well, it is so much easier to gain weight than it is to lose it!

Only my closer friends knew it, but I tore a muscle right at the point people experience “tennis elbow” and I kept reinjuring it after it would get a bit better. That too, totally restricted many, many activities. I still can’t stress it after 8 weeks.

Stationary bicycling and walking make up 50% of my activity right now… nothing much to involve the upper body with a lot of arm movement. Although, maybe I am missing the opportunity to build up the left side of my body(?) – that just came to mind…!

Anyway… yes, I realize the Fit Fat Loss postings have not been here and we certainly appreciate your continued visits despite a slow down of healthy weight loss tips.
