The Great Health Debate Introduction at Fit Fat Loss
Fit Fat Loss has shared with you previously, postings about Dr. Joel Fuhrman, Mike Adams, Morgan Spurlock and the whole “Raw Foods” diet as an effective, healthy way to lose weight and improve your overall health. We recently moved deeper into the whole body transformation by presenting Boardroom’s Bottom Line Health program by Dr. Mark Stengler – his “High Energy For Life” program, which started the series with weight loss, hydration, and supplements effective for whole body-mind improvement.
Fit Fat Loss has always said healthy weight loss is so much more than dieting, involving exercise, motivation, commitment, the correct foods, the correct supplements, and good water.
Holly Rigsby has her Transformation Kit, and Jon Benson, M-power (one of the most popular programs we offer). I personally follow Jon since I am over 40… I can not follow Holly’s program since her program is for women. As far as eating well, the whole family does, and has for years before I started Fit Fat Loss. We also supplement our diet with vitamins and choice herbs too, long before joining the “High Energy For Life” program.
My wife has lost about thirty pounds and she unknowingly motivated me to get started too. That was one thing which influenced me starting Fit Fat Loss! I have lost 16 pounds and intend to lose another 20 this year to get to my final weight goal.
My point is… There are plenty of diet opinions… and plenty of weight loss or diet programs to join. Some are good, some are bad. Choose one that involves a life-style change when losing weight is problematic for you.
Having said that, I’m going to muddy the waters a little bit by presenting…
THE GREAT HEALTH DEBATE
It is brought to you by the Renegade Health folks and formally starts Sunday February 6, 2011 and runs for 8 nights at 8 PM EST…
And the Great Health Debate may be one of the most important public health discussions of 2011.
But right now, there are a couple of videos I want to share from Dr. J. E. Williams. He is sometimes called the “Indiana Jones” of natural medicine and is going to share some of his 40 years of experience with indigenous people around the world.
I should have prefaced all of this by setting up a controversy by some people saying that the vegetarian diet is a fad or a stage that people go through and others saying that eating meat can be dangerous to your health. That would have made things a bit more confusing, which it can be!
Fit Fat Loss, if you’ve been here across the months, is about more than just dieting, and I imagine what we have done has been confusing… to hear all the back and forth with diet and weight loss.
So the question is… who is right? (Simply Raw was, what… vegan? And low-carbs means… protein or meat?)
Are there some experts who are on the right track and others who have missed the mark?
It goes further:
In Dr. Williams’ work, he has identified a few variables that determine how long a person lives – you may be surprised at what they are.
So now, we’ve moved from weight loss, to body transformation, to longevity! Wow… it was not intended that Fit Fat Loss delve into all of these areas specifically outside of main-stream weight loss, but some things are so important that they need to be introduced!
Anyway, these videos by the “Indiana Jones” of Natural Medicine are free for you to listen to right now as part of a free online event called The Great Health Debate and are presented by Renegade Health.
