How do I lose stomach fat quick?

I’m about 5’2" or 5’3" and I weight 113 pounds. I’m about to go on vacation with a bunch of very in shape girls and I am counting on these last ten days to look half as good as them. I want a flatter, toner stomach, and I need to do it quick. I eat horribly so I’m not sure how to do this. I need a simple day to day diet and exercise plan or something, general plans don’t help me I need something specific.

    OK, 10 days is a lot of time. You can’t target weight loss, but at 5’2 5’3 you aren’t that far away from being fit. You have to exercise hard, just eat fruits and vegies…. You can lose 4-5 pounds in a week without being unhealthy so you can lose almost 6-7 pounds healthily.

    After 10 days of this you might have an intense desire to eat a lot of fatty food though, so such an extreme diet afterwords isn’t a good idea.

    These 10 days you will be very hungry if you really want to lose the weight because you will be eating meals with much fewer calories and they will sound somthing like carrot, celery… But you can get to 106-107 NO PROBLEM IF you work hard.

    it depends how quickly you wan to lose stomach fat. it will take you couple of weeks to notice anything. Here’s what you can do:
    1) Eat 5-6 times a day not big meals but small portions,this prevents you from over eating
    2) Eat food that burns fat. food in high proteinand low in carbohydrates, sugar, and saturated fats are the best for losing belly fat. Eggs, fish, lean meats, complex carbs like vegetables, whole grains, and a variety of natural fruits which are not sweetened or canned are the way to go
    3) Drink plenty of water along with some cardio workouts
