		<description>OK, 10 days is a lot of time.  You can&#039;t target weight loss, but at 5&#039;2 5&#039;3 you aren&#039;t that far away from being fit.  You have to exercise hard, just eat fruits and vegies....  You can lose 4-5 pounds in a week without being unhealthy so you can lose almost 6-7 pounds healthily.

After 10 days of this you might have an intense desire to eat a lot of fatty food though, so such an extreme diet afterwords isn&#039;t a good idea.
