How To Lose Back Fat Rolls?
I don’t want to lose weight i love the way i look everywhere else. Its just my back i have these two big fat caterpillar rolls. How can i just lose the fat there. Are there any exercises targeted specifically for the back area. ( not the butt ) just the back. I don’t want to lose any weight any where else nor do i want a diet. Is it possible to turn those nasty rolls into a nice lean back ” without losing weight ”

In spite of what it says on the internet, there is no way to lose weight in a specific area of the body. You can tone and tighten certain areas, but when you lose weight it is lost all over the body. I’m sorry to say I can’t tell you of any exercises for the back, mostly because it is usually the area that is avoided during exercise, if possible, because it is so susceptible to injury. I think when anyone squishes and sits and bends a certain way they have back rolls. You’re not alone!
