I couldn&#039;t agree more with you kevin. I used to swim almost 3 hours a day, 5 times a week and the weight was still there, I was getting bulkier, then I went into a sedantary lifestyle for about a month and gained 20 pounds quickly. Walking one hour a day is helping me get rid of the fat without killing myself or my joints.</description>
