Even the Weight Loss Experts Say to Drink More Water!
There are a couple of weight loss experts I feature here at Fit Fat Loss. Most recently it was Holly Rigsby of Fit Yummy Mummy, before that it was Jon Benson with The Every Other Day Diet and M-Power (and others).
Guess what? They have paired up.
As excellent as each is individually at teaching you about healthy weigh loss, they’re going to be quite a team! We’re fortunate to have them featured here.

It is, after all, an old, proven method to help cut the pounds. Plenty of people are just learning about the value of water in a healthy weight loss program however.
But definitely check out his site. I’ve affiliated with him (and Holly) for some very good reasons. Their weight loss values match those I want to share with you here at Fit Fat Loss.
