Best Tips For Motivation

There’s something to be said about “Motivation”, but believe it or not, best-selling fitness author, life coach, and nutrition expert Jon Benson does not care for that word because there is a MUCH more powerful thing than motivation

Something you should be using.

But I’m getting ahead of myself here, I need to tell you about the Best Tips For Motivation first – all because Jon Benson just had his birthday. And as he has so graciously done in the past, he is the one giving gifts!

Giving gifts should be no surprise to visitors to Fit Fat Loss when it comes to Jon Benson – he turned a very young 47, BTW – he’s still younger than I am, but he’s catching up! And although I’m not as fit as he is, I am catching up to him on that!

This is really Fit Fat Loss in action

I had heard from Jon Benson of Fit Over 40 fame. I’ve featured him with some postings here in the blog a few times and got to see him when he spoke for an amazing convention back in May of this year. He sure has his healthy weight loss tricks!

It’s official… this is some personal news about Jon Benson, fitness author and all-around enthusiastic guy. He is engaged… not that you knew he was single, or cared… but because he was celebrating, you had a chance to benefit in a big way.

He was offering some incredible deals to my readers. Unfortunately, if this is your first visit, you missed it. Although he went hog-wild with the celebration, and I expected him to do that, it was a limited-time offer.
