Best Tips For Motivation
There’s something to be said about “Motivation”, but believe it or not, best-selling fitness author, life coach, and nutrition expert Jon Benson does not care for that word because there is a MUCH more powerful thing than motivation…
Something you should be using.
But I’m getting ahead of myself here, I need to tell you about the Best Tips For Motivation first – all because Jon Benson just had his birthday. And as he has so graciously done in the past, he is the one giving gifts!
Giving gifts should be no surprise to visitors to Fit Fat Loss when it comes to Jon Benson – he turned a very young 47, BTW – he’s still younger than I am, but he’s catching up! And although I’m not as fit as he is, I am catching up to him on that!
