Fit Fat Loss is Shedding Weight

Over the month of July, Fit Fat Loss will be making some changes. The Theme will be the same since we’ve received enough comments to believe the site design is ok, but we hope to make the site more enjoyable and easier to navigate towards your favorite product and author.
July 2010 will be our 9th month of being actively involved with weight loss issues and all that it encompasses – fat burning, changing your metabolism, healthy weight loss and fat loss choices… I won’t create a long list here… we cover all aspects of diets and proven programs and will continue to do so.
And we’re adding some surprise gifts for those who sign up with us, with more at various points. It’s our way of thanking our customers and visitors.
So, if this is your first visit, you can check out Jon Benson’s fine weight loss programs – some are definitely unique, such as his 7 Minute Muscle and the massive M-Power program.
Holly Rigsby, of FitYummyMummy fame is featured at Fit Fat Loss as well. And we don’t stop with just one program of hers either.

Welcome to Fit Fat Loss!
We will be showcasing unique articles about various aspects of fat loss, be it diets, nutritional supplements, or fitness. We can’t do it all ourselves, so please post comments to the articles or email us with ideas and concerns. You’ll find that we will be doing some of the research for you and hope to review certain programs or products.
We believe that every individual can drop the pounds desired - we have been there and we want your effort to be successful, so perhaps something we delve into, or a posting on fat burning or how to lose fat will give you that extra spark of energy and motivation. As you progress towards your goal, it does not have to be the ideal weight that is initially targeted; it can be a staging weight that is achieved before moving on.
Regardless of how you approach weight loss, keep it healthy weight loss, keep it a fit fat loss, but be sure to always make it fat burning! And to aid your body a bit, you might want to consider vitamins and supplements to give your body that extra boost. We will be posting information about certain vitamins and supplements that we have personal experience with or have researched with positive results. Then for those of you needing a bit of an extra edge, we’ll eventually cover the area of weight loss supplements.
